8.由链球菌、巴氏杆菌、丹毒杆菌、肺炎球菌等引起的链球菌病、猪肺疫、萎缩性鼻炎、水肿病、母畜产后感染及各种呼吸道感染。

9.抗菌谱和应用与四环素相同。本品对肠道感染，包括阿米巴痢疾，疗效略强于四环素。与四环素有密切的交叉耐药性。广谱抗生素，对G+、G-菌都有抑制作用，对衣原体、支原体立克次氏体、螺旋体等也有一定的抑制作用。
